My village Adam

The wilayat of Adam birthplace of Imam Ahmed bin Said ,founder of the albusaidi state, lies in the sourthern part of the aldakhiliya region bordered on the north by the wilayats of Mahout and Haima ,on the east by the wilayats of Mudhaibi and on the west by the wilayat of Ibri.

It is 234 kilometres from the capital Muscat and 65 kilometres from Nizwa and has a popultion of around 14,000 people.

Adam has alot of beautiful things
suc as old living Quarters, archaeological sites and falajs,wadis and water springs.

People in adam very kind hearted
also they are very simple
living in samll houses.

Adam has alot of gardens of date palms.(famous plant in my country).

Eid(celebratin) AL-Fitr

People in Oman celebrate in year with a lot of eids(celebratins) such as they celebrate with National Day and Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha
but today I will talk about the Eid Al-Fitr feast . This comes after the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, all Islamic countries celebrate this holiday in Oman . celebrating anniversary by going to the Eid prayer and visit relatives, friends, and we have several activities to do on the holiday in some cases, some people perform Some dances Oman and do some arts by horses also children in this eid(celebratin) are very happy to buy games and also access from giting money from their parents and relatives .
we have special dishes for Eid such as Omani halwa (sweet) and alshewaa(meat is the subject in a hole by the fire for two days and then extracted for its preparation for lunch).
